EXTRA CHARGE:
- Family policy: in case children share the same bed with their parents (including breakfast):
- Children under 6 years old is free of charge.
- Children from 6 to under 12 years old will be charged at VND 100.000 net for per child per day.
- Children over 12 years old will be charged at VND 150.000 net for per child per day.

- Non-refundable & full payment is required at the time of booking
- Non-combined with any special offers or other promotions for these day.
- Maximum one room is complimentary with breakfast for every 17 paying rooms (17-1 room)
- All "no shows" will be charged at 100% of the room expenses for the entire period booked.
RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW
- The hotel must be received final rooming list with arrival/departure details at least two days prior to group’s arrival day.
- The hotel absolute right to release the room/(s) reserved WITHOUT any prior notice if the condition in this contract is not observed. All deposits paid for reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON NEGOTIABLE if cut off periods/cancellation notices are not observed.
- Group booking (GIT- From 10 rooms and more) cancellation request must be sent to reservationist 30 days during high season and 15 days during low season prior to group's arrival.
- All FIT booking cancellation must be sent to reservationist 14 days during high season and 7 days during low season prior to guests' arrival.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
- Check-in time is at 14:00 o’clock and check –out at 12:00 noon. A request for early check-in or late check- out should be made in advance and is subject to the availability.
- If your guests require check-in prior to 6:00AM, you are requested to block rooms from the previous night with one night room charge.
- Early check in after 9 am, the hotel will charge 50% contract rate.
- Early check in before 9 am, the hotel will charge 100% contract rate.
- Late check out until 18:00 : charge 50% of contract rate.
- Late check out after 18:00 : first night charged.
UNDERSTAYS
No refund made for any under stays or shorten stay, the Hotel will charge for the entire duration of stay.
